Rebecca S. Braden - Physician Assistant

Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Applied Exercise Physiology at Texas A&M University. Prior to joining Family Medicine Associates of Texas, Rebecca worked for many years at the Scott and White Clinic in College Station as an exercise physiologist and intern supervisor. She was a mission volunteer with the Austin Diocese Medical Missionary Team, Inc. in Honduras and with the St. Thomas Aquinas Medical Mission in Guatemala. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. Rebecca enjoys all aspects of family medicine including preventive care for young adults, women, and children with special interest in dermatology, nutrition, and exercise. When not working, Rebecca enjoys camping, hiking, musical theater, mission trips, and spending time with her cat.
