Overview

We offer several clinical studies at our family practice in Carrollton, TX. A clinical study is an organized medical research investigation that works to better understand medicine, a medical strategy, or device to determine it's safety and efficiency on humans. Typically, a panel of medical professionals will lead and oversee the study. Individuals can volunteer to participate in the study as long as they meet the specific medical requirements. Family Medicine Associates of Texas is excited and proud to perform such studies to advance modern medicine. Our practice strives to become better and wants to approach medicine with an open mind. Medical research and data provide our board-certified physicians with more knowledge and understanding of complex medical issues.
